The Rutgers Fan Exchange Powered by Tix City offers tickets for Rutgers Scarlet Knights sporting events, giving fans access to some of the best seats in the house from other members of the trusted Rutgers Community. The Fan Exchange allows Rutgers ticket holders a place to sell their tickets within the Rutgers community while having full control over their own price. One of the biggest benefits of using the Rutgers Fan Exchange Powered by Tix City is that part of every order helps give back to and support Rutgers Athletics.
You must create an account to list, sell or purchase tickets and you must have a valid credit card or debit card on file. We also accept payments by PayPal. You acknowledge that TixCity may charge any one of your payment methods on file for amounts you owe us, costs we incur or other losses arising out of your violation of this Agreement (including the Additional Policies). Once you register an account, there will be a validation email sent in order to confirm your registration. Please be patient, if you do not see the email, please contact us at email@example.com. Once account is set up, user may make changes in MY ACCOUNT including selection of how to receive payment. Options include Paypal or Standard Check.
You can change your password once you are in your account in the "Edit My Personal Info" section. If you forget your password, you may click the "forgot password" link at the sign in screen. There may be a delay in your new password being sent. Please be patient.
Pricing tickets is the sole responsibility of, and at the sole discretion of, Sellers and must be done in accordance with all applicable laws. NEVER are you allowed to list speculative tickets. We reserve the right to remove any listings suspected of being speculative or false inventory. By listing a ticket for sale, you are making a legal offer to sell that ticket to a Buyer who purchases the ticket for the price the Seller has specified. It is the Buyer’s responsibility once a ticket is sold, to deliver the ticket exactly as it is specified in the listing, within the required delivery timeframe. A Seller is not allowed to cancel a sale so that they can relist the tickets at a higher price. Failure to fulfill your orders will lead to additional charges and penalties. There will be a 10% service fee on each transaction for Seller. Portion of fees will be distributed to Rutgers Athletics with the remaining portion to help cover maintenance on Exchange. Account and valid credit card must be set for Seller to list tickets.
Select `Sell Tickets`. A list of available events for resell will be available or you may search by date or event name. Select event in which you want to list tickets for. Enter "Quantity" of tickets to be sold, Section, Row, Seat Numbers of tickets, Seller must list consecutive seat numbers, no gaps in seats allowed.
SELL ANY QUANTITY: Buyer will be able to choose any amount of tickets within the total amount listed.
SELL ANY QUANTITY, BUT DON`T LEAVE ME WITH A SINGLE SEAT: Buyer will be able to choose any amount of tickets within the total amount listed as long as it will not leave Seller with a single ticket remaining.
SELL IN MULTIPLE OF *: Seller chooses how the tickets will be made available to Buyer based on the Quantity of tickets they want to sell. Seller can chooise to sell in quanities of 1-36 based on the total amount of tickets in the ticket group.
NO SPLITS, SELL ALL MY TICKETS TOGETHER: Buyer must select all tickets listed with the ticket group.
FED EX: Seller is not responsible for cost of shipping via Fed Ex. Fed Ex label will be automatically generated in Account upon Seller request when tickets are ready to be shipped. Shipment type is chosen by Buyer. It is the responsibility of Seller to print label and get to Fed Ex Office or dropbox within 24 hours of delivery being generated. Failure to do so will result in penalty and/or suspension from site. Listings designated as Fed-Ex will be deactivated 48 hours prior to event because of time sensitivity. If you would like to switch delivery method, you must contact us to change it.
STADIUM PICK UP: Will Call delivery is available at the Tix City Will Call Window located between Gate A and B on the West Side of High Point Solutions Stadium. Seller must DELIVER tickets to Tix City no later than 24 hours prior to start of event. Any listing designated as Stadium Pick Up that has not been delivered to our office in time, will be deactivated.

Tickets can be dropped off in person between the hours of 9:00 am - 8:00 pm (Monday - Friday), 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Saturday & Sunday). Tix City is located in Foresters Financial Building connected to the Sheraton Hotel in the Raritan Center Plaza on the 4th floor.
Tickets can be picked up by buyer 2 hours prior to the start of event at the Tix City Will Call window located between Gate A & B on the West Side of High Point Solutions Stadium. Photo ID is required for pick up. Tickets will be under name on the order. If a name change is needed please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 732-767-1100 prior to arriving for pickup.
If you have delivered the tickets to Tix City but would like to use them yourself or have distributed them elsewhere, you may remove your listing at any time and contact Tix City to provide a name for Stadium Pick Up.
E-TICKETS: If PDF is available, e-ticket may be selected for delivery. When tickets are ready to be uploaded, choose to UPLOAD PDF in Account. Choose the file to be uploaded and select the corresponding page that matches the seat number for the appropriate order. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE UPLOADING TICKETS. A picture of a standard ticket is NOT an acceptable form of E-Ticket. It must be a PDF version of the ticket. Tix City is not responsible for errors but will do our best to correct errors. Any listings designated as E-Tickets that do not have the CORRECT pdfs attached to the listing, will be deactivated 24 hours prior to the event.
Select the amount you would like your tickets to be listed at. You will see once the price is set what the amount you will receive once the 10% SELLER FEE is included. Portion of all SELLER FEES goes to Rutgers Athletics. Price can be adjusted in the Seller`s Account at any time once tickets are listed.
Enter any special notes Buyer may need to know about tickets (Wheelchair Accessibility, Alcohol Availability, Obstructions or any other issues Buyer may otherwise be unaware of)
Click Proceed to list tickets on the Fan Exchange once a valid credit card is included to Account
Payment will be made to Seller based on method chosen in Seller`s Account. Method of Payments are Paypal and Standard Check. Payments will be made 72 hours after event to ensure there was no issues with buyer gaining entry into event. Tix City reserves to withhold or rescind payment if there is an issue with tickets.
Pricing can be adjusted at any time through "My Account"
Parking Passes can either be sold under the specified "PARKING" events or included as a special note in a listing with tickets under the game event. Color of Parking Pass must be specified under the "Section" (Scarlet/Green/White/Blue/Yellow/Black/Purple/Orange). The Row and Seat numbers will be automatically filled in with a * since lots are general admission. Parking Passes will be deactivated by 3:00pm on the Wednesday before the game because of time sensitivity.
There is a 10% fee per transaction for the Seller and a 15% fee per transaction for the Buyer. Transaction fees cover site maintenance with portion of fees being distributed to Rutgers Athletics.
The Buyer is responsible for reading the complete listing before making a commitment to buy tickets. When an order is placed, that is a legal agreement to purchase those tickets. Payment is remitted to Tix City and disbursed to the seller according to our payment policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Other than cancelled events, Buyer will not receive a full refund for a completed purchase. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the sale is complete. There is a 15% Service Fee on each order. Portion of fees will be distributed to Rutgers Athletics with the remaining portion to help cover maintenance on Exchange. Delivery Fee will be based on method of delivery.
To purchase tickets select "BUY TICKETS". Choose from the list of available events or search for an event by event date or name. Only events listed on the Rutgers Fan Exchange are available for purchase. If there is an event you don`t see, visit www.tixcity.com to purchase tickets. Once event is selected, select the Quantity of Seats you wish to purchase. Please be aware the Seller is responsible for Ticket Splits. Certain quantity may be unavailable for specific listings. Click Buy Tickets to proceed and enter your billing information for the selected paymanet. You will be redirected to a Paypal Merchant page to checkout using either Paypal or Credit Card only. Enter delivery information based on the method chosen.
FED EX: Tickets are sent from Seller via Fed Ex. Fed Ex label will be automatically generated in Account upon Seller request when tickets are ready to be shipped. Shipment type is chosen by Buyer. It is the responsibility of Seller to print label and get to Fed Ex Office or dropbox within 24 hours of delivery being generated. Failure to do so will result in penalty and/or suspension from site. Tickets will be sent to the Billing address entered when order is placed. Indirect Signature is required. Fed Ex will attempt 2 deliveries and leave a door tag for signature if customer is unavailable.
STADIUM PICK UP: Will Call delivery is available upon Seller`s request at the Tix City Will Call Window located between Gate A and B on the West Side of High Point Solutions Stadium. Tickets can be picked up by buyer 2 hours prior to the start of event until the end of the first half at the Tix City Will Call window. Photo ID is required for pick up. Tickets will be under name on the order.
E-TICKETS: If PDF is available, e-ticket may be selected for delivery. When seller has upload the tickets, file can be downloaded in Buyer`s Account. Tickets MUST be PRINTED prior to trying to enter event. Mobile Phone ticketing IS NOT AVAILABLE. E-Tickets will be PDF files that must be printed in order to gain admittance. Once you have selected tickets in your cart, they will be tied up for 10 minutes whether or not you complete your transaction. This is to ensure that no one else may purchase those exact seats. If you receive an error message while attempting to check out, it may mean those tickets are no longer available or are tied up by another customer.
Please wait for the site to redirect you back to the Main Page after completing a transaction.
1. Send us your tickets, preferably in a white, standard-sized envelope and include a note with the following information:
-The email address you use to access your Rutgers Fan Exchange account
-Your telephone number (mobile preferred)
-The name, date, and time of the event
-The section, row, and seat numbers of the tickets
If you are sending tickets for multiple events you can use a separate smaller envelope for each event, and place them both inside of the larger shipping envelope to send them to the LMS location.
Tickets MUST be received no later than 24 hours prior to an event so please take that into account when sending tickets to Last Minute Services. If tickets are not received in time, listings may be taken down as a result.
